Telltale released the above image via the Telltale Blog as a part of their annoucement for their partnership with Marvel. The developer said "Announced this evening in San Francisco, we're excited to reveal an all-new partnership with the incredible team at Marvel Entertainment. We'll be teaming up on the development of an upcoming Telltale game series project set to premiere in 2017!"

Telltale already has more than a few highly popular and very good games we might add on it's resume with (Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us) just to name a few.
Executive Producer Jones from Marvel Entertainment said the following about the partnership: "It takes a long time to find the right partner. We have one special game we're excited about. Marvel's new games strive for authenticity above all else -- the correct powers for the right heroes wearing the proper costumes. "Sexy" games are important to Marvel Games, too. "If it doesn't turn heads, if it doesn't get you excited to talk with your friends, it's not a Marvel game. It has to command attention,"
Once you think about it, it shouldn't be that surprising given the gorgeous comic book-style art of all Telltale's projects. The new Telltale/Marvel game is set to be released on console and PC sometime in 2017.
What do you guys think about this team-up? Let us know in the comments below.
