Tyler Perry Joins 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' 2

Actor/Director Tyler Perry best known for his plays and his character of Madea has signed on for the upcoming David Green directed TMNT sequel. Perry will be playing scientist Baxter Stockman. Stockman is one of the turtles main villains and is the one responsible for creating "The Mousers" rat-destroying machines that are later used to hunt Master Splinter.
It should be noted that even though Perry may be known best for his comedic chops as he continues to portray the character of Madea as well as writing and directing the self made millionaire has been branching out with more serious roles. His most recent being a small role in Gone Girl. It will be interesting to see how exactly his character fits into the film.
We just hope his talent isn't wasted, after all he joins a returning Megan Fox who is reprising her role as April O'neil and was our least favorite part of the first film.
