FIRST LOOK AT DC'S SUICIDE SQUAD!

Director David Ayer tweeted out our first look at the Suicide Squad seen above earlier today. In the cast photo we see Adam Beach (Slipknot), Jai Courtney (Boomerang), Karen Fukuhara (Katana), Cara Delevigne (Enchantress), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flagg), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Will Smith (Deadshot), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), and Jay Hernandez (El Diablo).

Keeping in mind that this is just a picture and the fact that we've yet to see any kind of trailer or any of the cast in action for that matter, based on just the picture of The Joker coupled with leaked set photos and the release of this pic I'm not feeling really confident in the project. I think this film is going to turn out to be a disaster. I'll reserve final judgement for when I screen the film but just based on everything I've seen and heard so far from the project it's not looking good.

My biggest complaint with this photo has to be Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn besides the fact that it's kind of a crappy photo. (UPDATE: A new HD version of the photo has been released has replaced the crappy intial image.) I don't deny that Margot has some acting chops however after finding out that Warner Bros. basically just offered her the role without any kind of audition was more than enough to raise my concerns. I don't think that Warner Bros. are making good decisions with the DC properties and it might be because they are rushing to get them out or it could be a combination of not picking the right creative team for their projects and not having a clear vision of what they want the DC cinematic universe to look like I mean, who exactly is DC's "Kevin Feige"?

Again I could be completly wrong but just based on everything thus far it's not looking good and I'm not looking forward to this film. What did they do to my Harley?
