Colin Farrell Joins HARRY POTTER Spinoff FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM

The Hollywood Reporter reveals that the Irish actor will be joining the cast of the Warner Bros. film, Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them. This would make him the sixth confirmed cast member of the Harry Potter spinoff including Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Ezra Miller, Alison Sudol and Dan Fogler. 'Fantastic Beasts' begins 70 years before the story of Hary Potter and follows Newt Scamander (Redmayne) as he ventures out to discover and document mysterious magical creatures. Farrell is reportedly portraying Graves, a wizard that Scamander meets while he is in New York. The film is set to release on Nov. 18, 2016.
